Patrick Deschênes

Patrick Deschênes is a clinical pharmacist currently practising at the McGill University Health Centre in the fields of critical care medicine, cardiology and heart transplantation. He has recently established a pharmacist-led titration clinic within the heart failure clinic in his institution. In parallel to his clinical assignments, he conducts research as a certified researcher at the RI-MUHC and is involved in simulation based training and research. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Canadian Foundation for Vascular Health that strives to help patients and health professionals in the realm of peripheral vascular disease.
